After removing all asbestos from the existing roof on the property at Zillmere, all rafters were tied down with hoop iron straps to wall frames and all existing batons were screwed down with 150 mm baton screws.
*Quad gutters were fitted to existing timber facia using gutter spikes. Colour chosen was Wind Spray
*Safety hand rails were installed around the perimeter of the roof
*60mm anticon insulation laid before corrugated iron sheets
*Corrugated iron colour chosen Deep Ocean
